关于巧伴
本说明适用于 Yeshu 提供的巧伴（MakeBuddy）。你保留自己内容的权利，请仅处理有权使用的内容，不得用于侵害他人权益或违法用途。AI 生成结果可能不准确、不可用或不适合你的用途，请核对重要信息并保存备份。
账号和本机资料
巧伴通过 Firebase Authentication 提供 Apple 和 Google 登录，用于识别账号、访问云端 AI、管理订阅和使用额度。身份服务会处理登录标识，以及你授权提供的邮箱、姓名等账号信息。 Google 登录 SDK 的隐私清单还声明认证服务可能处理电话号码、设备标识、粗略位置、其他使用数据和其他服务数据，用于认证、安全及服务分析；这不代表巧伴会请求 GPS 定位或要求你填写电话号码。Firebase Authentication 会处理认证标识和技术诊断信息。小应用、业务记录和对话仍保存在设备上；登录不代表云同步。巧伴目前不提供小应用文件云同步。用户无需提供模型 API Key，模型服务密钥由服务器管理。
AI 与第三方处理
使用 AI 创建、对话、修改、自然语言操作或测试连接时，消息、相关历史和任务所需的小应用文件（可能包含你保存的记录）会经巧伴 Firebase / Google Cloud 服务转发给 Google Gemini。普通本机页面操作和离线示例不需要调用 AI。请勿发送不必要的敏感信息或无权处理的他人资料。
巧伴服务不会将请求中的聊天正文和小应用文件保存为云端内容副本。为提供服务、安全运行和结算用量，会处理身份验证及连接信息，并保存订阅状态、交易标识、账号绑定标识、任务时间、模型用量计数和额度结算记录。云端服务及 AI 提供商可能在你所在国家或地区以外处理数据。Google Gemini 可能为滥用监测保留提示、上下文和输出，当前官方说明为 55 天，并可能由获授权人员复核被标记的内容。实际处理受适用服务条款和保留规则约束，不能把“不用于训练”理解为“零保留”。Google 服务按其隐私政策和适用的Gemini API 条款处理数据；Apple 和 Google 登录也适用各自的条款。
订阅和 AI 服务
巧伴在 iOS 提供 Apple 自动续订订阅，在 Android 提供 Google Play 自动续订订阅。实际可购地区、价格、周期、所含服务用量和补充规则以对应商店的购买界面为准。付款由购买时使用的商店处理，巧伴不接收或保存银行卡号。订阅会按对应商店规则自动续订；Apple 订阅可在Apple 订阅设置管理，Google Play 订阅可在Google Play 订阅管理。取消后，已支付有效期内的服务按购买说明继续提供。退款由原购买商店按其流程处理。
AI 服务额度是订阅期内的服务用量限制，按购买页说明计量和补充。每次任务的消耗可在应用内查询；用尽后暂停新的 AI 操作，不自动产生超额费用。已有小应用的普通本机使用、保存和导出不会因此停止。恢复购买需登录原巧伴账号，不会重复发放已领取或使用的额度。
保留、删除和备份
本机资料会保留到你删除或卸载应用。移除的小应用进入「最近删除」并可恢复；卸载会移除本机应用资料，导出的备份由你自行管理。退出登录或删除云端账号不会自动删除本机文件。
可在设置中验证身份并删除巧伴云端登录账号。删除账号不会自动取消商店订阅，请另在原购买商店中管理。也可通过账号删除请求页面发起云端账号及关联资料删除请求。为核对交易、处理退款并防止重复领取和重放购买，必要的订阅交易、用量结算及防重复领取记录会保留；它们不包含聊天正文。删除本机内容或账号也不能自动删除服务提供商依法或按其条款保留的资料。有关资料查询或删除请求，请通过下方邮箱联系。
内容举报
你主动提交内容举报时，我们会保存你预览确认的生成内容、填写的问题说明、账号标识、应用标识及提交时间，用于调查和处理不合适的内容。不会自动附上整个本机工作区或私人记录。删除账号时会清理该账号的内容举报及举报限额记录。
广告和联系
巧伴没有广告或广告跟踪，未集成 Firebase Analytics。支持邮件仅用于处理请求。如需支持或提出资料请求，请联系 guan.yeshu@gmail.com；不要发送密码、支付凭据或不必要的私人资料。本说明发生重要变化时会更新此页，不限制你依法享有的权利。
Privacy Policy and Terms
This notice applies to MakeBuddy (巧伴), provided by Yeshu. You retain rights to your content and must have permission to use it. Do not use the app to violate others’ rights or applicable law. AI output may be inaccurate, unusable, or unsuitable. Check important results and keep backups.
Accounts and on-device information
MakeBuddy uses Firebase Authentication for Apple and Google sign-in to identify your account, provide cloud AI, and manage subscriptions and usage. The identity service processes sign-in identifiers and any email address or name you authorize. The Google Sign-In SDK privacy manifest also declares phone numbers, device identifiers, coarse location, other usage data and other service data for authentication, security or service analytics. This does not mean MakeBuddy requests GPS access or requires a phone number. Firebase Authentication processes authentication identifiers and technical diagnostics. Mini apps, business records and conversations remain on your device. Signing in does not synchronize your files; mini-app cloud synchronization is not currently provided. You do not supply a model API key; the service manages model credentials on its servers.
AI and third parties
AI creation, chat, changes, natural-language actions and connection tests send your messages, relevant history and files needed for the task, potentially including saved records, through MakeBuddy’s Firebase / Google Cloud service to Google Gemini. Ordinary local page actions and offline examples do not need AI calls. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information or other people’s data you are not authorized to process.
The MakeBuddy gateway does not save request chat text or mini-app files as cloud content copies. Authentication and connection information are processed to provide and secure the service. Subscription status, transaction identifiers, account-binding identifiers, task timestamps, model usage counts and credit settlement records are stored to manage access and usage. Cloud and AI services may process data outside your country or region. Google Gemini may retain prompts, context and outputs for abuse monitoring; its current published policy specifies 55 days, with authorized human review of flagged content. Applicable service terms and retention rules govern processing; no-training use does not mean zero retention. Google processing is governed by its Privacy Policy and applicable Gemini API terms; Apple and Google sign-in are also subject to their respective terms.
Subscriptions and AI service
MakeBuddy offers optional auto-renewable Apple subscriptions on iOS and Google Play subscriptions on Android. Availability, actual price, billing period, included service usage and refresh rules are shown by the respective store before purchase. The purchasing store processes payment; MakeBuddy does not receive or store card numbers. Subscriptions renew under that store’s rules. Manage Apple subscriptions in Apple subscription settings and Android subscriptions in Google Play subscriptions. After cancellation, services continue through the paid term under the purchase terms. The original store handles refund requests.
AI credits represent limits on service usage during a subscription period and are metered and refreshed as explained before purchase. You can review task consumption in the app. New AI work pauses when the limit is reached, with no automatic overage charges. Ordinary on-device use, saving and export of existing apps remain available. Restoring purchases requires the original MakeBuddy account and does not duplicate credits already granted or used.
Retention, deletion and backups
Local content remains until you delete it or uninstall the app. Removed mini apps remain in Recently Deleted and can be restored. Uninstalling removes local app content; you manage exported backups separately. Signing out or deleting a cloud account does not automatically delete local files.
You can verify your identity and delete your MakeBuddy sign-in account in Settings. This does not cancel a store subscription; manage it separately in the original purchasing store. You can also request deletion of your cloud account and associated data through our account deletion page. Necessary subscription transactions, usage settlements and anti-replay / trial-eligibility records are retained to reconcile payments, handle refunds and prevent duplicate claims. They do not contain chat text. Deleting local content or your account does not automatically remove information retained by service providers under their terms or applicable requirements. Contact us below for information or deletion requests.
Content reports
When you submit a content report, we store the generated content you preview and confirm, your explanation, account and mini-app identifiers, and submission time to investigate inappropriate content. Your entire local workspace and private records are not automatically attached. Account deletion removes your content reports and report-quota records.
Advertising and contact
MakeBuddy has no advertising or advertising tracking and does not integrate Firebase Analytics. Support emails are used to handle your request. For support or information requests, contact guan.yeshu@gmail.com. Do not send passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary private information. We update this notice for material changes. It does not limit your statutory rights.
