删除巧伴云端账号
此页面适用于巧伴（MakeBuddy，Android 包名 fun.yeshu.makebuddy）的账号及关联资料删除请求。你可以在应用内删除，也可以在不安装应用的情况下发起请求。
在应用内删除
打开巧伴 → 设置 → 已登录账号详情 → 删除账号，使用原 Google 或 Apple 身份验证后确认。删除会移除巧伴的云端登录身份、服务用量计数和该账号提交的内容举报。
通过网页发起请求
点击下方链接发送删除申请，说明你用于巧伴的登录方式及登录邮箱；Apple 隐藏邮箱用户可填写私密转送地址。我们会先核验账号归属，再处理删除请求。不要发送密码、验证码、付款凭据、身份证件或完整私人记录。
如果设备未配置邮件应用，请自行发邮件至 guan.yeshu@gmail.com，主题填写「MakeBuddy account deletion request」。
删除范围与保留资料
必要的订阅交易、用量结算、防重放和体验资格记录会按隐私政策保留，用于交易核对、退款处理及防止重复领取；其中不包含聊天正文。第三方服务按其适用规则保留的数据不由巧伴直接控制。
本机小应用、记录和对话不会因云端账号删除而自动删除；可在应用内删除本机内容或卸载。导出的备份由你自行删除。账号删除不等于取消订阅，请在原购买商店的 Apple 订阅设置或 Google Play 订阅取消。我们不会删除你的 Google 或 Apple 主账号。
Delete your MakeBuddy cloud account
This page accepts account and associated-data deletion requests for MakeBuddy (Android package fun.yeshu.makebuddy). You can delete from the app or request deletion without installing it.
Delete in the app
Open MakeBuddy → Settings → signed-in account details → Delete account. Verify with your original Google or Apple identity and confirm. Deletion removes your MakeBuddy cloud sign-in identity, service usage counters, and content reports submitted by that account.
Request deletion from this page
Use the email link below and provide the sign-in provider and email used with MakeBuddy. If you used Apple's Hide My Email, include the private relay address. We verify account ownership before processing deletion. Never send passwords, verification codes, payment credentials, identity documents or complete private records.
If no email app is configured, email guan.yeshu@gmail.com with the subject “MakeBuddy account deletion request”.
What is removed and retained
Necessary subscription transactions, usage settlements, anti-replay and trial-eligibility records are retained as described in the privacy policy for payment reconciliation, refunds and duplicate-claim prevention. These records do not contain chat text. Data retained by third-party providers remains subject to their applicable rules.
Deleting the cloud account does not automatically remove local mini apps, records, conversations or exported backups. Delete local content in the app or uninstall, and remove your backups separately. Account deletion does not cancel subscriptions. Cancel in the original purchasing store using Apple subscription settings or Google Play subscriptions. Your Google or Apple account itself is not deleted.
