Getting started
Use the fixed sample to learn object selection, two-point measurements and saving. For real capture, use a LiDAR-capable iPhone, scan and align with the target plane, and follow the distance and alignment guidance.
Capture or measurement issues
Check camera permission and LiDAR support. Keep the surface visible and avoid transparent, reflective or obstructed targets and rapid movement. Select points on the same plane. Check important dimensions with a ruler. Imported-photo measurement is not available in the first version.
Purchases and cancellation
Open purchase management in Settings and choose Restore Purchases with the same Apple account used to buy. Cancel annual renewal in Apple subscription management. Lifetime unlock does not cancel an existing subscription. Apple determines trial eligibility. If you paid but access is missing, connect to the internet and restore before contacting support.
Saving and deletion
Save creates a local measurement record. The record menu lets you save an annotated image to Photos or share it. Deleting a record does not delete exported copies. Subscription expiry does not lock existing records, and restoring purchases does not recover deleted photos.

Email your app version, iPhone model, iOS version and steps to reproduce. Redact private information from screenshots. Never send your Apple password, payment card details or sensitive photos.
