适用与合理使用

本协议适用于 Chengdu Rong Glory Technology Co., Ltd. 提供的衣序。请合法使用服务，尊重他人隐私及知识产权，仅提交或分享你有权使用的内容。你保留自己提供内容的权利；软件、品牌及内置内容归各自权利人所有。

结果、服务与权利

自动生成的结果可能有误，不保证外观、尺码或合身效果，请自行判断并保留重要资料。 服务可能受设备、网络、维护或第三方影响；重要变化会适当说明。本协议不限制你的法定权利，也不免除依法不得免除的责任。

隐私政策

信息与用途

我们处理你提供的照片、文字、身高、体重和偏好，以回应你的请求；登录、购买及使用记录用于维护账号、权益和服务安全。我们不获取银行卡信息，不出售个人信息，不进行广告或跨应用跟踪。

权限与第三方

我们只读取你选择的照片。经你同意，必要内容由 OpenRouter 和 OpenAI 处理；Apple 提供登录与支付，Google 提供在线服务和存储，相关数据可能在美国等境外地区处理。本人照片不用于身份认证或建立人脸识别模板。你可停止在线处理，并在系统设置管理权限。

保存期限

临时图片在任务结束后删除，结果保留 24 小时，任务及每日使用记录最多保留 30 天。必要的权益核验记录保留至相应周期或订阅到期后 90 天。第三方日志按其隐私政策保存；本地内容及备份由你管理。

删除与选择

你可在应用内删除本地内容，或在账号设置删除在线账号及相关内容。必要的权益核验记录按上述期限保留。删除账号不会自动删除本地副本、取消 Apple 订阅或删除 Apple 的交易记录。

联系与更新

支持邮件仅用于处理你的请求。你可联系 guan.yeshu@gmail.com 请求访问、更正、删除相关个人信息或撤回同意。网站托管方可能保存必要的访问日志。我们采取合理措施保护信息，并在重要变化时更新本页、按需征求同意。

Scope and acceptable use

These terms apply to Yixu, provided by Chengdu Rong Glory Technology Co., Ltd.. Use the service lawfully, respect privacy and intellectual property, and submit or share only content you have the right to use. You retain rights to your content; software, branding and built-in content belong to their respective owners.

Results, service and your rights

Automatically generated results may be inaccurate and do not guarantee appearance, size or fit. Use your own judgment and keep important records. Service may be affected by devices, networks, maintenance or third parties. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. These terms do not limit your statutory rights or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy Policy

Information and purposes

We process photos, text, height, weight and preferences you provide to respond to your requests. Sign-in, purchase and usage records support accounts, entitlements and service security. We do not receive bank card information, sell personal information or conduct advertising or cross-app tracking.

Permissions and third parties

We read only photos you select. With your consent, necessary content is processed by OpenRouter and OpenAI. Apple provides sign-in and payments, while Google provides online services and storage. Data may be processed in the United States and other countries outside your region. Personal photos are not used for identity authentication or facial-recognition templates. You can stop online processing and manage permissions in system settings.

Retention

Temporary images are deleted after a task ends. Results are retained for 24 hours, and task and daily usage records for up to 30 days. Necessary entitlement-verification records are kept until 90 days after the relevant period or subscription ends. Third-party logs follow their providers’ privacy policies. You manage local content and backups.

Deletion and choices

You can delete local content in the app or delete your online account and associated content in account settings. Necessary entitlement-verification records follow the retention periods above. Deleting your account does not automatically remove local copies, cancel Apple subscriptions or delete Apple transaction records.

Contact and updates

Support emails are used only to handle your request. Contact guan.yeshu@gmail.com to request access to, correction of or deletion of related personal information, or to withdraw consent. Our website host may keep necessary access logs. We take reasonable steps to protect information, update this page for material changes and seek consent when needed.
