使用协议

适用与合理使用

本协议适用于 Yeshu 提供的照理。请合法使用服务，尊重他人隐私及知识产权，仅提交或分享你有权使用的内容。你保留自己提供内容的权利；软件、品牌及内置内容归各自权利人所有。

结果、服务与权利

AI 结果可能有误，请核对重要信息，不要仅依赖结果作出重要决定。 服务可能受设备、网络、维护或第三方影响；重要变化会适当说明。本协议不限制你的法定权利，也不免除依法不得免除的责任。

隐私政策

信息与用途

我们处理你授权提供的账号信息、照片预览、文字需求、分析结果及修正，用于登录、分析和同步。购买及必要的使用记录用于维护权益与服务安全；付款由 Apple 处理，我们不获取银行卡信息。

权限与第三方

照片范围由你选择或授权，权限可随时在系统设置调整。添加照片不会自动上传分析，只有你发起分析后，必要的照片预览和文字才会交给 Google 的 AI 服务处理。Apple 和 Google 提供登录，Google 提供在线存储与服务，数据可能在境外处理。应用不会在后台自动上传新照片，不使用照片进行广告跟踪。

保存与删除

账号资料、照片预览和分析结果用于持续提供服务，直至你移除相关内容或删除账号。你可在应用内修正或移除资料，在账号设置删除账号及相关云端内容；原相册照片不受影响，外部副本需另行管理。为保障删除生效和防止重复领取购买权益，必要的核验记录可能保留。删除账号不会自动取消 Apple 订阅。

联系与更新

支持邮件仅用于处理你的请求。你可联系 guan.yeshu@gmail.com 请求访问、更正、删除相关个人信息或撤回同意。网站托管方可能保存必要的访问日志。我们采取合理措施保护信息，并在重要变化时更新本页、按需征求同意。

Terms of Use

Scope and acceptable use

These terms apply to PhotoSort, provided by Yeshu. Use the service lawfully, respect privacy and intellectual property, and submit or share only content you have the right to use. You retain rights to your content; software, branding and built-in content belong to their respective owners.

Results, service and your rights

AI results may be inaccurate. Verify important information and do not rely solely on results for important decisions. Service may be affected by devices, networks, maintenance or third parties. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. These terms do not limit your statutory rights or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy Policy

Information and purposes

We process authorized account information, photo previews, written requests, analysis results and corrections for sign-in, analysis and synchronization. Purchases and necessary usage records support entitlements and service security. Apple handles payments; we do not receive bank card information.

Permissions and third parties

You select or authorize the photos to access and can change permissions in system settings. Adding photos does not automatically upload them for analysis. Only when you initiate analysis are necessary photo previews and text sent to Google’s AI service. Apple and Google provide sign-in, and Google provides online storage and services. Data may be processed outside your region. The app does not automatically upload new photos in the background or use them for advertising tracking.

Retention and deletion

Account information, photo previews and results are retained to provide ongoing service until you remove them or delete your account. You can correct or remove content in the app and delete your account and associated cloud content in account settings. Original photos remain in your photo library; manage external copies separately. Necessary verification records may be retained to enforce deletion and prevent duplicate purchase claims. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel Apple subscriptions.

Contact and updates

Support emails are used only to handle your request. Contact guan.yeshu@gmail.com to request access to, correction of or deletion of related personal information, or to withdraw consent. Our website host may keep necessary access logs. We take reasonable steps to protect information, update this page for material changes and seek consent when needed.
