使用协议

适用与合理使用

本协议适用于 Yeshu 提供的拍尺。请合法使用服务，尊重他人隐私及知识产权，仅提交或分享你有权使用的内容。你保留自己提供内容的权利；软件、品牌及内置内容归各自权利人所有。

结果、服务与权利

测量结果仅供参考，重要尺寸请用实体量具复核，不构成专业检验或特定精度保证。 服务可能受设备、网络、维护或第三方影响；重要变化会适当说明。本协议不限制你的法定权利，也不免除依法不得免除的责任。

隐私政策

信息与权限

照片、深度信息和测量记录仅在设备上处理与保存，不上传给开发者或购买服务商。相机及相册权限可在系统设置中管理。应用无自建账号、广告或跨应用广告跟踪。

第三方处理

Apple 处理付款；RevenueCat 处理匿名用户标识、购买及订阅记录和必要的设备信息，用于验证与恢复权益。我们不获取银行卡资料，不向 RevenueCat 发送姓名、邮箱或本地内容。相关信息可能在境外处理。主动分享的内容由你选择的服务接收。

保存与删除

你可以删除本地记录，外部副本与备份需分别管理。购买记录在权益验证、支持或法定义务所需期间保留。删除数据或卸载应用不会取消商店订阅。

联系与更新

支持邮件仅用于处理你的请求。你可联系 guan.yeshu@gmail.com 请求访问、更正、删除相关个人信息或撤回同意。网站托管方可能保存必要的访问日志。我们采取合理措施保护信息，并在重要变化时更新本页、按需征求同意。

Terms of Use

Scope and acceptable use

These terms apply to SnapDim, provided by Yeshu. Use the service lawfully, respect privacy and intellectual property, and submit or share only content you have the right to use. You retain rights to your content; software, branding and built-in content belong to their respective owners.

Results, service and your rights

Measurements are for reference. Verify important dimensions with a physical measuring tool; results are not a professional inspection or a guarantee of specific accuracy. Service may be affected by devices, networks, maintenance or third parties. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. These terms do not limit your statutory rights or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy Policy

Information and permissions

Photos, depth information and measurement records are processed and stored only on your device, without being uploaded to the developer or purchase service. Manage camera and photo permissions in system settings. The app has no developer-managed accounts, ads or cross-app advertising tracking.

Third-party processing

Apple handles payments. RevenueCat processes an anonymous user identifier, purchase and subscription records and necessary device information to verify and restore entitlements. We do not receive bank card details or send your name, email or local content to RevenueCat. Information may be processed outside your region. Shared content is received by the service you select.

Retention and deletion

You can delete local records; external copies and backups must be managed separately. Purchase records are retained as needed for entitlement verification, support or legal obligations. Deleting data or uninstalling the app does not cancel store subscriptions.

Contact and updates

Support emails are used only to handle your request. Contact guan.yeshu@gmail.com to request access to, correction of or deletion of related personal information, or to withdraw consent. Our website host may keep necessary access logs. We take reasonable steps to protect information, update this page for material changes and seek consent when needed.
