适用与合理使用

本协议适用于 夜鼠 YESHU 提供的导游账本。请合法使用服务，尊重他人隐私及知识产权，仅提交或分享你有权使用的内容。你保留自己提供内容的权利；软件、品牌及内置内容归各自权利人所有。

结果、服务与权利

请核对重要记录，并自行保留备份。 服务可能受设备、网络、维护或第三方影响；重要变化会适当说明。本协议不限制你的法定权利，也不免除依法不得免除的责任。

隐私政策

信息与权限

你提供的姓名、联系方式、头像和记录仅保存在本机，不主动上传给开发者。照片与文件访问由你选择或授权，权限可在系统设置管理。应用无注册账号、广告或跨应用跟踪。

第三方处理

应用商店和 RevenueCat 处理匿名用户标识、交易、订阅状态及必要的技术信息，用于购买服务、权益验证和相关统计。我们不获取银行卡信息，不向其发送本地内容，并要求其保护相关信息。我们不出售个人信息。

保存与删除

你可以删除本地内容；分享副本及备份需分别管理。购买记录在服务和法定义务所需期间保留。卸载应用不会取消商店订阅。

联系与更新

支持邮件仅用于处理你的请求。你可联系 guan.android2011@gmail.com 请求访问、更正、删除相关个人信息或撤回同意。网站托管方可能保存必要的访问日志。我们采取合理措施保护信息，并在重要变化时更新本页、按需征求同意。

Scope and acceptable use

These terms apply to Guide Ledger, provided by 夜鼠 YESHU. Use the service lawfully, respect privacy and intellectual property, and submit or share only content you have the right to use. You retain rights to your content; software, branding and built-in content belong to their respective owners.

Results, service and your rights

Check important records and keep backups. Service may be affected by devices, networks, maintenance or third parties. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. These terms do not limit your statutory rights or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy Policy

Information and permissions

Names, contact details, avatars and records you provide are stored only on your device and are not proactively uploaded to the developer. You select or authorize photo and file access and can manage permissions in system settings. The app has no registered accounts, ads or cross-app tracking.

Third-party processing

App stores and RevenueCat process anonymous user identifiers, transactions, subscription status and necessary technical information for purchase services, entitlement verification and related analytics. We do not receive bank card information or send local content to them, and require protection of this information. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

You can delete local content; shared copies and backups must be managed separately. Purchase records are retained as needed for service delivery and legal obligations. Uninstalling the app does not cancel store subscriptions.

Contact and updates

Support emails are used only to handle your request. Contact guan.android2011@gmail.com to request access to, correction of or deletion of related personal information, or to withdraw consent. Our website host may keep necessary access logs. We take reasonable steps to protect information, update this page for material changes and seek consent when needed.
