使用协议

适用范围与使用约定

本协议适用于 Chengdu Rong Glory Technology Co., Ltd. 提供的潜水日记（DiveJournal）。请合法使用服务，尊重他人的隐私与知识产权，不上传无权使用的内容，不干扰或滥用服务。你保留所提交内容的权利；软件、品牌及内置内容归各自权利人所有。

内容与责任

识别结果及其他自动生成的内容可能有误，仅供参考。请自行核实重要信息，妥善保存重要资料。应用内容不能替代正规潜水培训、现场专业判断或医疗建议。本协议不排除适用法律赋予你的消费者权利，也不免除依法不得免除的责任。

服务与变更

因维护、安全或违法使用等原因，服务可能调整或受到限制；我们会在适当情况下通知你。协议的重要变化会在本页说明，并在法律要求时征求你的同意。

隐私政策

我们处理哪些信息

照片、录音、文字和个人资料默认保存在你的设备上。登录时，我们处理 Apple 提供的账号标识、授权信息，以及你同意提供的姓名和邮箱。购买及必要的使用记录用于提供服务、维护账号权益和保障安全；我们不获取银行卡信息。你通过邮件联系我们时，相关信息仅用于处理你的请求。

权限与第三方处理

我们仅访问你授权的照片和麦克风，权限可在系统设置中关闭。Apple 提供登录、支付及可能的在线语音转写；Google 提供账号及在线服务。经你同意，必要的照片、对话和记录内容将由 Google 的 AI 服务处理，以回应你的请求；不包含原始录音。数据可能在新加坡等境外地区处理。第三方隐私说明及联系渠道见下方链接。

信息保存与保护

我们采取合理措施保护个人信息，不长期保存你提交的 AI 原始材料。临时处理结果在 15 分钟后不可访问并随后清理，安全记录最多保留 90 天；账号及交易记录仅在维护权益和服务安全所需期间保留。设备上的记录及备份由你管理，第三方记录按其隐私政策保存。

你的选择与权利

你可在“我的 → 隐私设置”撤回 AI 数据处理同意，在系统设置中关闭权限，或在账号设置中删除账号及相关本地记录。你也可以通过下方邮箱请求访问、更正或删除可关联的个人信息。删除账号不会自动取消 Apple 订阅，也不会删除由 Apple 保存的交易记录。

其他说明与联系

应用不提供广告或跨应用跟踪。网站托管方可能保存必要的访问日志。隐私政策的重要变化会在本页公布，并在需要时再次征求同意。如有协议、隐私或个人信息相关问题，请联系下方邮箱。

Terms of Use

Scope and acceptable use

These terms apply to DiveJournal, provided by Chengdu Rong Glory Technology Co., Ltd. Use the service lawfully, respect others’ privacy and intellectual property, and do not submit content you have no right to use or disrupt or abuse the service. You retain rights to content you submit. The software, branding and built-in content belong to their respective owners.

Content and responsibility

Identification results and other automatically generated content may be inaccurate and are for reference only. Verify important information and keep copies of important records. App content does not replace formal diving training, professional judgment on site or medical advice. These terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Service and changes

The service may be adjusted or restricted for maintenance, security or unlawful use. We will provide notice when appropriate. Material changes to these terms will be described on this page, and we will seek your consent where required by law.

Privacy Policy

Information we process

Photos, recordings, text and profile information are stored on your device by default. When you sign in, we process the account identifier and authorization information supplied by Apple, along with any name and email you agree to share. Purchase records and necessary usage records support service delivery, account entitlements and security. We do not receive bank card information. Information you email us is used only to handle your request.

Permissions and third parties

We access photos and the microphone only with your permission, which you can disable in system settings. Apple provides sign-in, payments and, where applicable, online speech transcription. Google provides account and online services. With your consent, Google’s AI service processes the photos, conversations and record content needed to respond to your request; this excludes original audio recordings. Data may be processed in Singapore and other countries outside your region. Third-party privacy information and contact channels are linked below.

Retention and protection

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information and do not retain original AI submissions long term. Temporary results become unavailable after 15 minutes and are subsequently removed. Security records are kept for up to 90 days; account and transaction records are retained only as needed to maintain entitlements and service security. You manage records and backups on your device. Third-party records follow their providers’ privacy policies.

Your choices and rights

You can withdraw AI processing consent in Me → Privacy Settings, disable permissions in system settings, or delete your account and associated local records in account settings. You may also email us to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information linked to you. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription or delete transaction records held by Apple.

Other information and contact

The app does not serve ads or track you across apps. Our website host may keep necessary access logs. Material privacy changes will be published here, and we will seek consent again when needed. Contact the email below with questions about these terms, privacy or your personal information.
