适用与合理使用

本协议适用于 Yeshu 提供的潜彩。请合法使用服务，尊重他人隐私及知识产权，仅提交或分享你有权使用的内容。你保留自己提供内容的权利；软件、品牌及内置内容归各自权利人所有。

结果、服务与权利

处理结果仅供参考，不保证还原真实颜色，请保留重要原始文件。 服务可能受设备、网络、维护或第三方影响；重要变化会适当说明。本协议不限制你的法定权利，也不免除依法不得免除的责任。

隐私政策

信息与权限

你选择的视频、拍摄信息和设置仅在设备上处理，不发送给开发者。照片权限由你管理；访问 iCloud 中的原片可能需要 Apple 的在线服务。应用无账号、广告、行为统计或跨应用跟踪。

第三方与保存

Apple 处理购买信息，我们不获取银行卡资料。主动分享的内容由你选择的服务接收。你可以删除本地数据；导出文件、相册及备份中的副本需分别管理。临时内容不作为永久备份，删除本地数据不影响 Apple 购买记录。

联系与更新

支持邮件仅用于处理你的请求。你可联系 guan.yeshu@gmail.com 请求访问、更正、删除相关个人信息或撤回同意。网站托管方可能保存必要的访问日志。我们采取合理措施保护信息，并在重要变化时更新本页、按需征求同意。

Terms of Use

Scope and acceptable use

These terms apply to AquaTrue, provided by Yeshu. Use the service lawfully, respect privacy and intellectual property, and submit or share only content you have the right to use. You retain rights to your content; software, branding and built-in content belong to their respective owners.

Results, service and your rights

Processed results are for reference and are not guaranteed to reproduce true colors. Keep important originals. Service may be affected by devices, networks, maintenance or third parties. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. These terms do not limit your statutory rights or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy Policy

Information and permissions

Selected videos, capture information and settings are processed only on your device and are not sent to the developer. You control photo permissions; accessing originals in iCloud may use Apple’s online services. The app has no accounts, ads, behavioral analytics or cross-app tracking.

Third parties and retention

Apple handles purchase information; we do not receive bank card details. Content you choose to share is received by your selected service. You can delete local data; exported files, photo-library copies and backups must be managed separately. Temporary content is not a permanent backup. Deleting local data does not delete Apple purchase records.

Contact and updates

Support emails are used only to handle your request. Contact guan.yeshu@gmail.com to request access to, correction of or deletion of related personal information, or to withdraw consent. Our website host may keep necessary access logs. We take reasonable steps to protect information, update this page for material changes and seek consent when needed.
